Sindarin Phrase Book
Here lies a phrase book for the third and fourth ages of Middle-earth. All Elves in Middle-earth speak Sindarin, and the upperclasses of Arnor (which split into Arthedain, Rhudaur, and Cardolan) and Gondor also speak it fluently, for it is a language to use when discussing high matters.
