Sindarin People Names

When making an Elven Father Name, you have several options. The first and easiest is replacing the name suffix in the parent's name with -iel or -ion, but that isn't your only choice. You can simply change the name suffix into a different one. Say you have a seamstress named Lainthel - Thread Sister (lain+thêl) married to a bard named Glaerdor - Song Brother (glaer+tôr). The daughter's father name could be Lainiel, Laineth, Lainien, Laissel, or Laingwen, and their son's father name could be Glaerion, or Glaeron. Note that in the list of possible names I didn't include the suffixes referring to people older than childhood. Since the Father Name is given when they are still babies, suffixes like "young woman" or "husband" aren't appropriate.
